and versatile spice, Cinnamomum Cassia was once used in perfumes and love potions
by wealthy Romans. It is essential in Indian curries, Arabic, Greek and Persian
Dishes, and imparts its distinctive spicy, yet sweet flavour and aroma to cakes,
puddings, bread, stewed fruit, muled wine, hot chocolate and coffee.
